Negative: Shower mats would be a useful addition to each of the two bathrooms.

Positive: Plenty of space and good value. Nice little touches like milk and breakfast in the fridge.
Negative: There was evidence of dog hair in the double bed on the sheets. No access issues for us but its not the best way to enter your accommodation as the external stairs are quite steep.

Positive: Cozy, comfortable, warm (in winter) and a reasonable price.
Negative: I would say a blind is needed on the second bathroom door which has frosted glass but is off the lounge area. Not a massive issue as there is another bathroom at the other end of the property but still, just in case…
Summary: Perfect for us, three adults (a couple + 1) for our one night stay.

Positive: The flat is lovely -well equipped and spacious. Excellent location for visiting the university as you can get there without having to drive through the centre of town.
Negative: Took me a while to work out the central heating but worked great once I had. The steep drop down from the parking space was a bit nerve wracking the first time - make sure your handbrake is in good order.
