Ideally located near the ocean, beaches, highways, and more, this wonderfully crafted home in Sagaponack South is ideal for any Hamptons. Only a 5 minute bike ride to beaches, farm stands, and town, the convenience and luxury of Magical Seascape Lane is unparalleled.
Enter to an open living plan with an expansive living/dining area. The spacious chef’s kitchen offers subzero and wolf appliances, plenty of sleek white Corian countertops, and bar top counter seating for 7. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with basic ingredients (oils, vinegars, spices, etc), All-Clad pots and pans, chef's knives, baking equipment, and anything a true chef needs to create a perfect meal. For additional dining space, or for larger meals, indulge at the dining table with seating for 8-12 guests while overlooking the specially designed water feature and manicured landscaping.
With 7 bedrooms (2 masters), 6 full baths, 2 half baths, and 6,500 square feet, everyone will have plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own unique view of the property, and some have sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony or deck.
The house also includes a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a trampoline (for adults too!), a ping pong table, bikes, an outdoor basketball hoop, outdoor grill, Sonos throughout, X-box, smart TVs in all bedrooms and a telescope for star gazing. There is also a separate kids play/art room across from the kitchen plus a fully equipped, and air conditioned garage gym. Beach towels and chairs, extra bath towels and linens, etc are also provided.

Summary: The house was spacious, clean and well appointed with wonderful outdoor space. The bedrooms were wonderful and the entire experience was just what we wanted and hoped for. Summary: Everything about this house is perfect. We are cooks and the kitchen is dreamy and incredibly well stocked. The house is large but incredibly cozy. My kids called it ‘a happy house’. The location is unbeatable and a short drive to all the other towns. We didn’t want to leave!

Summary: My entire family (12 people) stayed in the house while in town for a family graduation. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was immaculate and location was incredible - easy biking to beach, paddle boarding, etc...Michelle made the check-in and out process super easy and even emailed to check in during our stay. This will be our "go to" property for family from now on!
