Enter through a magnificent entrance and step inside Waterview Dreams Villa. An open floor plan with view captivating water views, large picture windows and sliding glass doors. View of the large paved outdoor patio area, the pool, and a 60-foot dock. A perfect place for outdoor dining and entertaining. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room let in the light and frame the views of the water and brings in the tropical sunlight of South Florida. Natural light creates a soft glow highlighting at all hours of the day in this large open area. A wonderful spacious open living room area with large sofas, Flat-Screen TV, kitchen and formal dining area floating into the room. The formal dining area with views offer seating for 8 persons. Two bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area, plus a staircase to the 2nd floor.
2nd Floor:
The master bedroom is designed for comfort and luxury. Sliding glass-doors leading to an over-sized furnished balcony overlooking the waterway. The master bedroom has full size bathroom with separate Tub & Shower and Whirlpool/Spa. A perfect place to wake up and enjoy the water view sights!

Summary: After losing a previous rental less than 60 days out from our trip, we were extremely fortunate to have come across this property. The house was as advertised - clean, beautiful, and roomy! The check-in process was a little bit confusing, but nonetheless we were able to check-in with the help of Joey. There were a few rules not advertised, but nothing that was over the top or strict. I highly recommend the rental to anyone looking to enjoy some poolside sun and relaxation!

Summary: My friends and I had a great time in this amazing home. The pool outside was great for relaxing and having drinks while watching the sunset. The master bedroom is beautiful and opens up to a large window and deck. Everything in the house was clean and well taken care of. I especially appreciated Dominics flexibility during check in and check out. He was always super responsive and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this property to anyone.
