With almost 7,000 sq ft there is more than enough space for up to 10 guests. This home has an enormous great room with unbelievable views out the 3-story windows, a chef’s kitchen, a library/office, an elevator, a large entertainment room with a theater set-up and a full-size billiards/ping pong table, 2 fireplaces, 2 laundry rooms, a red sauna – too many incredible features to list!
Located on the Grand Mesa – the largest flat-top mountain in the world, home to over 200 lakes, world-class mountain biking, fishing, off-roading, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling… the recreational opportunities are endless.

Eagle’s Nest Suite: King sized bed, queen sofa bed, large private balcony, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with granite countertops and beautiful granite walk-in shower with seating.
The Library Suite: Queen sized bed, walk-in closet, large private balcony, en-suite bathroom with granite countertops and gorgeous tiled walk-in shower with seating.
The Sauna Suite: Queen sized bed, walk-in closet, large private patio, en-suite bathroom with granite countertops, beautiful marble tiled walk-in shower with seating, and a red sauna.
