This stunning cabin overlooking the Fraser Valley is nestled between Winter Park and Granby Ranch ski resorts. The 2,800 sq. house situated on 1.7 acres has four bedrooms and a loft to comfortably sleep up to 10-people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has its own private entrance to the master bathroom. The two bedrooms upstairs that have coined the nick names, "the Bear and Moose room" are perfect for the kids and in-laws. The Moose room has a queen size bed and the Bear room has a bunk-bed with a double and single. The upstairs also includes the loft and comfortably sleeps 1-2 people and has one of the best views in the house. Year round sunlight bathes the kitchen and living room. The dinning room opens to a large deck which offers the best views of Fraser Valley and Winter Park Ski Resort. A ping pong table and dart board are located down in the basement. There is a sitting room downstairs that includes its own beautiful finished bathroom.
The countries best snowmobiling is located only 30 minutes in beautiful, historic Grand Lake.
During the summer Winter Park ski resort transforms into one of the countries best areas to go downhill mountain biking. Gold water trout fishing on the Colorado river is located minutes away. Granby reservoir, one of the largest bodies of water in Colorado offers boating, sailing and fishing for some of the largest lake trout in the state. Come enjoy Colorado at it's finest!!!

Summary: This was the perfect place for a family vacation. Large porch with amazing views of the Rockies,. Three levels to the house, so we all had our own space. We comfortably slept 7, and there is room for more. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would want; and it’s an easy drive to a lot of great places to visit. Winter Park, Grand Lake were a couple of our favorite spots to visit! Would def recommend!!

Summary: Love the house and the location. Really beautiful views. Sunrise and sunset both viewable from front deck. Had mule deer passing through or bedded down in the woods most mornings. Upper loft great place to sit and look out the windows. Kitchen adequate for most cooking. Access to Granby and Tabernash easy.with all-wheel drive. Significant Comfort Problems: 1. Beds in both upstairs bedrooms are very uncomfortable. 2. Basement is not fully finished and both seating area and bedroom are very cold and do not warm up, even with space heater. 3. Living room only has comfortable seating for 3 (couch). We brought up 2 chairs from downstairs--both of which would have been comfortable, but since the supports under the cushions were gone, sitting in them was like sitting in a hole. 4. TV does not have a video player, and live streaming impossible. We could only watch movies previously downloaded on our computers. 5. wifi super slow
