Summary: Everything is very clean Owners welcome was warm and friendly Views from balconies we're brilliant Eighth floor, small lift or many stairs. Location suited us very well for Rugby World Cup and if you want accommodation for Olympics sailing events. Plenty of crocks, cutlery etc. Everything is all very dated and whilst functioning would benefit from total refurbishment, renewal etc. This did not spoil our stay just an honest observation.

Summary: The property is well served by public transport links to the centre of Marseille (generally speaking, a bus and a metro trip will get you to the Old Port within 45 minutes) and thus represents a great option for anyone who would like to experience the buzz of Marseille on some days and relax in the quieter Pointe Rouge on others. The view from the apartment is magnificent and we had good communication from the owners. Ray was kind enough to recommend restaurants in the Pointe Rouge area.

Summary: This is a lovely clean flat with all amenities you need, the location is good, only 15min to stadium and 30 min to old port. the view is stunning, it is on 8th floor so every day you see the sea and sunset from the living room balcony and mountains from the kitchen balcony. much better than small flat in central city with view to roads and cars. this felt like holidays, not s city break. there is a nice sandy beach 5 min walk, Lidl 5 min walk and bus stop to the city 100m walk. i would recommend this place!
