Location: This lovely detached villa with a beautiful garden located on the hills in Forte dei Marmi, just 15 minutes from the sandy beach. The villa has beautiful views of the coast, and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. An oasis of calm to spend a erholsamne holiday. To build this house original materials were used, such as hand-made bricks and stones typical of Cardoso (a mountain village in Versilia), give the house a special appearance. A covered patio and a large terrace from which you have a view on the Versilia coast are ideal for the common outdoor dining. The grocery stores are only about 600 meters and the sea about 6000 m sea.
Facilities: The Enrichtung is cozy, the rooms are bright and the floor is made of terracotta stones. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, kitchen with typical Tuscan Einricthung, bathroom with shower, closet.
