Villa Entre Rocas was built in the mountain of Atlanterra, integrated into the orography of the land. Hence it name.
It enjoys impressive views of the sea from any room. The 266m2 villa is located on a 2,062 m2 plot.
The property can perfectly accommodate 10 people, we would recommend adults due to its accesses and architecture.
The villa does not count with right access for reduced mobility.
Lay out (5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 Toilet.)
The lower floor is accessed through a hallway, this gives way to 3 of the bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom. Two of these rooms have access to the garden and the pool.
On the upper floor, communicated with the lower one through a staircase, we find the fully equipped kitchen, integrated with the living room with fireplace and way to a terrace, family bathroom and a toilet. This terrace is also shared with the other two bedrooms.
The access to the private parking of the villa is located in the upper part of the building which gives access to the kitchen and living room. Due to the steep slope we advise you to use the option of the garage (suitable for one vehicle only) located at street level. Next to this garage, there is the pedestrian door that gives access to the house on the first floor, which is accessed through a staircase set in the orography of the land, may also park on the outside of the property.
We can enjoy pleasant evenings surrounded by the rocky nature where the building sits, the pool and the small garden with a large covered porch with outdoor furniture.

Summary: The service was horrendous!! We arrived at the villa 7/17/23. for a one week stay. Beautiful villa with stunning views but that's it. Advised not to drive car to front door of villa due to extreme steepness. So you must carry all suitcases & groceries up a significant amount of stairs and rocks. Issues arose on the first day with no hot water, pool walls filthy of grease/grime from previous renters, underwater pool light broken and haphazardly held together with zip ties and could easily have hurt some ones foot or leg & only one 6 inch pan that worked on the conduction stovetop.( all other pans provided were not made for that type of stovetop and would not heat up) On day 4, the kitchen sink was not draining and the water from the sink was going into the washing machine and dishwasher and onto the floor. The staff at Zahara Villas stated they would get in touch with the owner and someone would be there that day. No one came or called. Called numerous times the weekend emergency person Alejandro, left multiple messages and he never came by or attempted to reach us. That same day the fire alarm and house alarm went off for about 10 minutes & we couldn't get it to stop. The alarm company was asking for the code which we were not provided with. Called Alejandro again, but as usual, straight to voice mail & no response. Nothing was ever fixed for the entire stay!!Sent pictures of all the issues to Zahara. Owner said not his problem and no sort of apology or reimbursement.

Summary: Property was fantastic overall, good qualities in design and furniture. My only comment would be that a property of this quality and value needs to be properly supplied with basics like trash bags and toilet roll, as well as beach / pool towels considering it's a beach property with a pool. These small details make a difference to the quality of the stay and make it a little more uncomfortable for tired travellers with kids. Other than that a fantastic property that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Summary: We missed out on comfi furniture on the terasse and a sunbed (as shown in pic) by the pool. Some doors are not lockable. Rest perfect. We loved it
