Positive: The house is cosy with two big bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with toilet on the upper floor. The place was rather clean with some dust left in the corners of the bedrooms and we lacked hand soap (both soap containers were completely empty) but had some with us so not a big problem. The internet connection was very good. There was a private parking which is very useful in the area. The bedrooms overlook the street behind the small mall but we were lucky not to have noise from the delivery trucks in the mornings as other guests mentioned in their comments. The center of Rouen can be reached by metro or on foot (15 minute walk).
Negative: Guests with young children should pay attention to the stairs because there is no handrail on the second floor.

Negative: The early HGV delivery to the shopping centre ( but only 1) Would also be nice if there was a couple of coffee pods to go in the machine.
Summary: Ideally placed for exploring Rouen. House was well equipped, and a fabulous bathroom.

Positive: The owners met us at the house and explained everything. The place is clean, nice, comfortable. Big bonus is privat garage and the center with Notre Dame is 10 min away. One thing, that was missing was dishcloth , but no biggy, i have it with me. Otherwise it was just prefect. The check out is at 12, so we had time to viset the town in the morning . I would book it again.
