Positive: The apartment was spacious, tastefully appointed, and very clean. The location can’t be beat : very central, right in the middle of the beautiful old town, a 5 minute walk from the river and the distilleries. The free parking lot suggested by the owner is only 5 minutes away.
Negative: Although it wasn’t an issue for us, the stairs leading to the apartment are fairly narrow.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in November and would absolutely return.

Positive: Well situated in cognac close to centre. Quiet at night for sleeping. Very well equipped with everything required for a short stay.
Negative: The stairs to the apartment are very steep but it is a central apartment in an old building so this is to be expected. If mobility issues then do not book.

Positive: Pretty little roof top apartment in a brilliant location in the centre of Cognac. Close to all amenities and with a nice creperie literally just across the road, this apartment makes a really good base from which to explore the town. Free parking close by is also a bonus
Negative: The stairs up to the apartment are steep and winding and it was disappointing to find virtually no light in the bathroom (a bit dangerous to be honest), missing bulbs in several lamps and a TV that had no signal. The owner did not respond to messages about this and we were only there for one night so it didn’t really matter
