Summary: The young lady/staff in the office was extremely pleasant. Extremely friendly! The room had a few roaches which I killed and threw away. We only stayed for a night. Traveling through Harrisburg. For the price of $40.00; I can't argue!

Summary: I could not get the Wi-Fi to connect, which is not unusual at motels in my experience. The outlet near the vanity would not work to run the coffee machine. There was urban contemporary "music" throbbing from a few doors down, but fortunately, I can block that out and still get a good nights sleep.

Summary: The service and the room was terrible. The guy in the front desk tried to take extra money out my account without my acknowledgement. The room was not vacuum and the tub was disgusting. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Summary: First, the entrance to the hotel was difficult to find, even with GPS. The room was not a nonsmoking room as advertised. It was not very clean, there were stains on carpet, bedding, and towels. It did not feel secure. The morning coffee and pastries were not provided as advertised. We were not able to have coffee in the room because supplies were not provided with the coffee maker. We are very disappointed with our overall stay and we are unsure of how it received the rating is has.
