Positive: The staff were helpful, allowed me to print out documents.

Negative: The room had a nasty cleaning perfume scent, way too much! Plus the windows were 4 meters above the floor and there was no way to dim the room, so you could not sleep past 5am - much too bright.

Summary: Not great. Perfume scent and no way to draw curtains on windows (too bright for sleep)

Positive: The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were able to check in with ease, have a comfortable room, and enjoyable stay. Every request we made was met with kindness and solutions. The breakfast was ample with a variety of options that met the needs of all. Overall, simply fantastic and more than met the needs of our time in Kutno.

Negative: Nothing. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Summary: Excellent location for the little league field, fantastic customer service.
