This beautifully remodeled, oceanfront 1BR/1BA condo (1000 sq. ft. including lanai) is located on the 7th floor of the highly sought-after Lanai building at the Mahana at Kaanapali. Unlike the Molokai building, our AC will be fully functioning all summer! With breathtaking ocean views from every room, including the king-size bed, you will love the central AC, two TVs, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and access to an oceanfront pool, spa, and free parkingโ€”with no resort or parking fees.
Our unit offers a prime location in the Lanai building, which recently completed a roof replacement project. (Note the Molokai building will undergo roof work in 2025, causing occasional AC and water disruptions). This entire complex is hotel-zoned, ensuring it's always available for short-term rentals.
Relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean, sleep soundly on crisp cotton sheets and new pillows, and wake up to stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the lanai, watching dolphins, turtles, and whales (seasonal). The queen-sized sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, so this unit will accommodate up to 4 adults.
We personally manage the condo and offer seamless communication and assistance with local support staff if needed. There are NO hidden fees or extra chargesโ€”just a direct booking with the owners.
The property boasts a pool, spa, and beach just steps away, plus amenities like tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Summary: This was our first time in Hawaii, and I must say that this condo could not have been any more perfect. The view was spectacular and the condo had absolutely everything you might need during your stay. The location was wonderful. The property had a lovely barbequing area right beside the pool and hot tub and the beach was only a few feet away. This property exceeded all my expectations. I can not say enough about our incredible stay at the Mahana. . Jim and Crystal have done a wonderful job! It's impossible to go wrong staying at this condo!

Summary: This has to be one of the nicest locations on Maui. The condo is ocean-facing with a clear 180 degree view, and the building is just a few dozen feet from the beach, if that.The condo is exactly as described. Summary: This property was everything it said it was and more! Walked in to a clean, comfortable, very well stocked, nicely decorated place. The view is unreal! Full windows and perfect lanai look out onto the most gorgeous view of the ocean! Jim and Crystal are great hosts and have literally thought of everything. Fully stocked unit made our stay so comfortable and convenient. They were so willing to help us out with any questions we had about Maui, local activities etc. Fast to respond and nice people. We will be back!

Summary: Crystal and Jim's gorgeous and very comfortable beachfront condo exceeded expectations. The location is ideal...close to all action, but private and peaceful. The unit was beautifully prepared for our arrival, and the entire process of checking in was easy and very pleasurable. Crystal was gracious and friendly, and was focused on the quality of our stay. Summary: From the moment we walked in the views got us. It was absolutely beautiful with the ocean views. Our highlight was everyday around 3:00 the Sea turtles would show up and put on a show for us. They stayed for over and hour each day. The Condo itself was very well appointed with everything you would need. The chairs were a hit and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning to Mahana for our next stay. You can't beat the sunsets from the balcony. Thanks for everything Crystal and Jim.
