We are the owners (Barry Travers and Rhonda Anderson) of Mahana 118 and we own several Maui properties with hundreds of 5 Star reviews for our properties as we provide the ultimate guest experience! Mahana 118 is an AMAZING beachfront ground floor walkout property to your private lanai and 25 steps to Kaanapali Beach. This one bedroom condo is located at the south end of the property with the closest access to the beach and the Kaanapali beachwalk with the most private walkout lanai of any one bedroom in the Mahana property. The Manaha Resort is a prestige oceanfront condo complex with Concierge service for your peaceful vacation getaway.
The quiet surroundings and manicured tropical gardens at the Mahana at Kaanapali offer uncommon privacy, yet the activity of the Kaanapali Resort area is close by. The floor to ceiling windows in every room provide extraordinary vistas from every angle, 24 hours a day.
Mahana 118 has been beautifully remodeled with top of the line materials and design elements such as porcelain tile flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, a large walk-in shower with hand-held shower head and pebble flooring. The living area boasts a brand new 75" Sony TV with Apple TV including free access to Netflix, Prime, ESPN+ and many more Apps. Two ceiling fans in the main living area add to comfort along with high performance central AC. Line woven wood draperies in the bedroom and living area provide privacy when desired and at night.
The comfortable Tempurpedic king size bed, with extra pillows and Hawaiian styled bedding will leave you relaxed and ready to enjoy your vacation in paradise. Large beach towels, two Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler are available for your use. The decorative accessories feature photography, maps, fine prints and sculptures by Hawaiian artists.
The condo also features a washer and dryer and, as with all the appliances, they are stocked with consumables like detergent, softener and more.
The large tiled lanai, accessible from the living area and bedroom, opens onto a beautifully manicured grassy area which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The patio table and large comfort chairs are perfect for dining, whale watching and enjoying the spectacular sunsets between the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. The fantastic vista is an “infinity pool” like no other!
The Mahana’s swimming pool, lounges, hot tub and multiple BBQ's for guest use are only a minute away. Step out of the condo and enjoy fantastic snorkeling or walk for miles along the beautiful sandy beach. A private gate from The Mahana provides easy access to the boardwalk paralleling Kaanapali's famous sugar-sand beach.
Parking for one vehicle is included in your rental. There are NO additional resort fees.

Historic Lahaina town, is only a short drive away and offers lots of options for sightseeing, shopping, and dining at both casual and up-scale restaurants. Groceries, take-out dining, pizza and Ice cream, as well as services and souvenirs, etc. are only a five minute walk away.
