Positive: Quiet, immaculate apartment in quiet Grainau. Located on ground floor. Beautiful Bavarian interior.
Negative: Beds were a little firm. There was a beautiful bathtub with shower fixture on the main floor; however, one would have to descend down a spiral staircase (a bit tricky for seniors) in order to reach a proper shower in the basement bedroom area. Also, we had to check in at the management office back in Garmisch (about 20 minutes away, given the construction-generated traffic delays) in order to pick up and return the keys. Overall, very pricy for what we have paid for Grainau accommodations in the past. I think that might have been due to making reservations rather late before our trip.
Summary: Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous location. However, a bit on the pricy side.
