Positive: The location was great, and a short walk to the Bierfassl Pub and restaurant. The property was a fully-equipped with everything you would ever require for a 5 night stay. The property was serviced, however we did not make use of this.
Negative: In the one upstairs bedroom, mould was observed on the ceiling. The property caretakers were notified of this problem and the following morning a maintenance representative was sent to our house to inspect. The problem was noted and a suitable course of action was conveyed to the owners of the property. Hopefully this matter will be resolved before the property is booked again. We were unable to use the lock-up garage as it was full.
Summary: Relaxed, enjoyable, beautiful location.

Positive: Location was perfect as it is close to all the attractions around the area. The property was clean and very well equipped.
Negative: Place some mobile Fans in the Rooms, as it get quite warm during the summer period. The Ceiling Fan in the Lounge was defective and the key leading to the Patio at the rear, was broken inside the lock. The Property is advertised as having 4 Bathrooms, however there are only 3. The Host did, however, afford us the use of the Granny Cottage.
Summary: Highly recommended for a group of 8. There is also a Granny Cottage that can be utilised as well.

Negative: The bathroom bins were full, bed linen dirty with hairs, couldn't use the garden as the grass was so long, outdoor furniture filthy, the courtyard area hadn't been swept, washer and dryer full of towels and bed linen, coffee machine with no pods, shower mouldy and dirty

Negative: No aircons.1 ceiling non functional.Was very hot so no fans in the bedroom.Back door didn't lock.The entire house requires a through spring cleaning.plenty of dust etc around.Grass needs trimming.

Positive: Home is situated centrally in the Midlands close to local amenities.
Negative: The house can do with a proper deep clean and dusting. It was somewhat unpleasant upon arrival to see it has been a while since some areas, like shower doors for example, were cleaned. Other than that, it is a spacious home.
