Summary: I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place.

Summary: A nice big hotel (which is rare for Italy). The hotel has free parking out front and is right across from the beach

Summary: Overall the hotel is nice but needs some maintenance. We did not get towels on the first night because the reservation showed only one person even though we paid for the extra. Front desk personnel was not in a good mood and not nice at all. Cafeteria personnel was more kind.

Summary: The sea facing rooms are lovely . The STANDARD rooms are small with the worst views I’ve ever seen …. You can almost touch the laundry lines on the building opposite. I’m not exaggerating. !

Summary: Was ok, no slope for taking lugguage inside or those with a disability. Rooms are much smaller than the photos show. Rooms without a view have a view of the houses behind.

Summary: This is a very modern hotel in a kind of rural area. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely! They couldn’t have been any more helpful. We checked in and found the plug for the hot tub on our balcony wasn’t working properly. Reception got maintenance who couldn’t instantly fix the problem so we were moved to the room next door. This room was exactly the same but the hot tub was fully functioning. The breakfast at the hotel was good. A large variety of options. We had lunch and cocktails from the bar area at the front of the hotel which was again lovely. We were treated to complimentary local delicacies whilst having our drinks. We stayed end of May and the whole area was very quiet. The beaches were empty but were beginning to get set up for the summer season. We were the only people sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. Which is a very rare opportunity! We walked to a local supermarket approximately 5mins away. We walked along the beach front for dinner locally and found a variety of local seafood based restaurants. Overall the stay could not have been any nicer. We will be back.
