Summary: Location was great for my trip. Room was clean and comfortable. While there were several choices of cereal, fruit, and bread for breakfast, the "hot" items (potatoes, gravy, and biscuits) were not kept warm.

Summary: The suite was very nice except for the heat/air unit. It was so cold you had to wear a winter coat. It wouldn't turn off. And if you tried the heat, it didn't heat. Very uncomfortable. Eating breakfast in the lobby was unbearable. It was so cold we were shivering. We left early because of this.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mainstay. We really had no negatives. The room was a nice size and very accommodating with a full kitchen. The staff were always friendly and helpful. And breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: I had stayed at this property before and absolutely loved it! This time, however, I was unable to check-in early due to some recent “audit”. The front desk agent failed to me I could pay for an earlier check-in, which I finally did. That should have been mentioned initially instead of making me think I had to wait around for three hours. Communication is key!!
