Positive: staff was excellent and very helpful

Negative: the first room I was given was not in proper condition as the bed was not made and the room had trash in it. The TV was only in low definition and the staff had to help get the channel I wanted to watch on the TV. TV sucked and channel choices were minimal and picture quality was bad. At breakfast the waffle tasted like old ingredients and no protein was offered. The bagels offered were labeled from the day before and were a bit stale.

Summary: will not be staying there again.
