Summary: The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we stayed here the same time of year last year and found the hotel had deteriorated substantially over the last year. The elevator needs substantial maintenance as the slack in the chain would cause a drastic jerk when it would begin to move. They also no longer have Continental breakfast offered. As for our room the counter in our bathroom was just hanging there, like someone had sat on it or pushed down on it. The shower head was so clogged With hard water deposit that water was barely trickling out. There was dirt in every corner of the room. I’d live to say that I’d be back next year but I can’t guarantee that due to the state we found the room in this year.

Summary: This hotel is literally psrt of a program to hiuse the homeless. The cops showed up every night. There were loud people, fights, loud children, horrible cooking odors, and I'm pretty sure prostitution. My room was dirty with hair, grime,dust. I was awoken in the middle of the night 2 out of 5 nights by people yelling in the hallway.
