Positive: Beautiful apartment in the center of Saint Vincent, with private parking and into a quiet zone. Large, luminous, comfortable arrangement, perfect for a couple or a family with kids. A comfortable double bed in the dorm and a nice sofa in the living room, equipped kitchen and a large bathroom, nice view from the balcony toward the east side.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable with lovely views and great location close to the centre of town but just far enough away to be quiet with easy parking. It was great to have a washing machine too. Alice was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Negative: 2nd floor stairs were fine for us but may be a bit tricky with luggage for less able. Not a criticism just something for people to be aware of.

Positive: The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. Pans, kettle, cutlery.. even oil and dishwasher tablets. All the windows have external rails so you can close them and keep the house cool. Also every evening there is a nice breeze which can ventilate the apartment. The view from the windows is exceptional.

Negative: 2 things mainly: - the garbage has to be separated (which is not a problem in itself) but every bin can be emptied only once a week. So if you produce too much garbage you need to think where to put it (and there are no big bins outside for the residual waste). - if you turn on too many electrical devices the circuit-switched will switch on.

Summary: In the end we had a great time in Italy in this appartment.
