Positive: Excellent location, layout and communication. The house was super funky in decor.

Negative: Some noise could be heard from the top apartment in the basement of small kids running at 5am. But it's ok as we have older kids so we understand jetlag and toddlers.

Positive: This house is beautifully situated in the heart of a Hudson. Hudson is sleepy through the week and springs to life at the weekend. A week wasn't long enough in this little town. We had such a good time staying here. Sitting on the veranda and watching sleepy life go by was very relaxing. We weren't driving a car which restricted our movements but at the same time slowed our pace of life. Hudson is beautiful and Maison Bleue is very much part of the fabric of the village. We had flats Frida and Nantucket with the latter the more spacious and accommodating. We had everything we needed in both flats and Servane has tastefully decorated both. If I got the chance I would return here.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. Maybe some more public transport would have helped but we used Ubers.

Positive: Location, decor, cleanliness, attentive hosts.

Negative: No freezer in fridge, no microwave, no top sheets on beds, no privacy screen at sliding glass door facing housing complex, 1/2 bath (very tiny) toilet would keep running unless careful to “jiggle” handle.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay but a few things would’ve made it excellent. We had a drain issue which was immediately addressed. H
