Positive: Everything went fine. The rooms were clean and well-furnished and well-equipped. This accommodation literally has everything you need. So I highly recommend staying at this apartment – even it is off-season!

Negative: Non-English speaking janitors and sometimes receptionists, but it's OK, because it's off-season. This caused some misunderstandings.
