Positive: Location was very good, a lot of furniture, excellent enclosed garden, easy to find, many, many televisions! Shower has a seat for people of restricted mobility, bannisters on all stepped areas. Parking on the driveway off the road.

Negative: Unfortunately the beds are too soft, shower access is restricted due to the position of the toilet. Shower area smells like urine :(
