Positive: Perfect room en-suite, with french windows onto the garden with delightful pool. Quiet location with lots of land. Enjoyed breakfast outside. Owners were charming, engaging and a pleasure to be with. Property is about 10 mins from motorway, so ideal for a peaceful overnight stop… or ideal for longer to explore the area.

Positive: The house is in a very quiet location and has a lovely view. We had a very warm welcome from the hostess and she prepared a lovely breakfast.

Negative: The only drawback is that you need to drive to a town for supper - nowhere is in walking distance.
