Positive: The location is brilliant - a 2-min walk to the centre of Eymet, yet it's mostly quiet in that area. Parking was easy on the street outside; there is also a covered parking area opposite but we didn't use it (and it was often full). The ensuite shower room on the top floor (bathroom 2) has an excellent shower and is reasonably spacious. The 2 fans provided meant we were able to make the bedroom cool enough to sleep on the first couple of nights when it was very hot.
Negative: When we arrived we thought Bedroom 2 had been prepared for us as the bed was nicely made. So we unpacked and used the ensuite shower and went out for a meal. However, that night it was very hot so we needed to open the window and shutters. The window wouldn't open, so we had to move into Bedroom 1. (We reported that the window wouldn't open but it wasn't fixed before we left. In any case, we couldn't have moved back as that would have meant we'd used both beds!) More mugs and cutlery would have been useful: we ended up frequently running the dishwasher half-full as we ran out of these items very quickly. Also some of the mugs were chipped.

Positive: Location was great and always able to find parking either in front or in the shed opposite. Quick walk into the square where restaurants and shops are located.
Negative: When contacting about the shower issue it took a day to respond, The shower could do with a good clean at the bottom of the glass, if this was done then the drainage issue would have been found. The fans could do with replacing as on max power they did not do much. The windows and shutters could do we a good clean which had not been done for a while. In general a good clean would benefit. General guide lines would help on using Tv, coffee machine and that it takes coffee pods, market days.

Positive: Very clean, excellent location, minutes walk from the town square, easy free street parking, 2 large bedrooms and 2 good clean ensuites. It has a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher. Only thing that would have made it better was a washing machine and a proper fridge freezer (only has a mini fridge). It's better than what the pictures make out.
