Positive: Everything was excellent Warm and friendly welcome. Beautiful, spacious room with excellent view of the canal. safe secure parking was a huge bonus as easy to walk into the city. Excellent breakfast, nothing too much trouble when requested. overall a very pleasant stay and hope to return

Positive: It is a beautiful family-run property. The design of the spaces, the choice of furniture, the quiet are all exemplary. It is very secure with high walls and gate. It is a very short walk from the city, restaurants and cathedral but away from the noise! The breakfasts are delicious.

Positive: Large, spacious room. Bathroom was also quite large with tub, shower and separate WC. Ample, standard French breakfast with bread, croissant, jam, yogurt, cheese etc. Host was great about providing restaurant suggestions. We had a delicious classic French meal helped a bit by name dropping our host's name when we arrived at the restaurant without a reservation. [it was a weeknight in October and the restaurant was not crowded]. Just a note to those arriving at the guest house, our mapping program brought us to the back of the property. The entrance is on the canal side. We found after a few minutes of thought.

Positive: Our room was really lovely. Positioned at the front of the house with views over Troyes and the fountains. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. Lovely fresh bread and croissants.

Negative: It was quite tricky to find the location and the entrance. This may have been due partly to the roadworks in the area at the time of our stay.
