Positive: If you want to relive the comfort you've enjoyed in your home for the first time in a while during your trip, I dare to recommend that this is a stay that will be the best cost-effective option. The clean friends and well-organized kitchen are impressive, and the supermarket Lido is a 10-minute walk away, making it very comfortable. And you can take a walk and enjoy Ivrea Castle, which is just a 5-minute walk away in the morning. This host of accommodations is cordially and honestly welcoming and will guide you to relax when it comes to welcoming customers. Parking is available in a community parking lot in the village, which is a five-minute walk away from the hotel. If you value cost-effectiveness, don't hesitate to choose because it's a ground zero apartment, so you can relax even if you don't have a view. I could feel the human nature of the host trying to live hard, and I'm rooting for his successful retirement. Bye.

Positive: The flat looked like new because it’s recently renovated. It is well equipped: many towels, shampoo, shower gel, very spacious shower and bathroom. Extremely clean. The kitchen is also well equipped. You get complementary coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tea etc. The living room is good and also has a desk. The sofa can be extended to sleep more people. The bedroom is spacious and you find another desk and another tv. AC in both rooms. Adjustable heating. We enjoyed our stay. The owner is very nice and kind. We were offered water as well. The flat has also a balcony.
Negative: Nothing.
