Positive: Friendly host, offered us a lovely bottle of champagne, quiet location a d close to reims.

Negative: Parking wasn't private as advertised and as we had wanted, nonetheless there was street parking. There wasn't a hairdryer as advertised either, only a curler. The rooms were fine and comfortable. Our big negative only arose at the very end when we unmade the beds and found the matresses and pillows to be seriously stained. Our advice to the proprietor would be to replace these at once and to make this clear on the booking sites because it really was the only major negative.
