Positive: The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a double decent water pressure shower, coffee machine and plenty of light and mirrors around. The facilities are brilliant. The gym has plenty of variety when it comes to equipment and enough space to use it. I would definitely recommend!

Negative: Would add a couple of breakfast options.

Positive: I appreciate the location, near the hospital, and the staff who were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and I enjoyed the breakfast, spa, and pool.

Negative: The only thing that prevented a 10/10 score was a fault in the electrics in the room that stopped some sockets working for a couple of days and a part of the ceiling coming away above the shower. It just needs a bit of attention.
