Positive: Restaurant and lobby architecture as well as the garden with the fountain (which is also what I see from the balcony) look really nice. The regular menu is good. The breakfast is decent.
Negative: Nine turtles live in the small fountain which doesn't look very healthy for them. Bathroom and toilet are not separated from the rest of the room by capital walls: bathroom is only separated by a curtain, shower has only a frosted glass wall, toilet and shower are also only separated by a frosted glass. Huge number of light switches that I had to guess which one does what, so in the night I couldn't switch the lights on just for the toilet because of the risk to accidentally turn on the global illumination and wake up my spouse. The water in the pool is not as warm - not comfortable to get in. No bathrobes provided in the room which made the visit to the pool even less comfortable. No mosquito net on the balcony door - flies, mosquitos, etc. got in. Some equipment needs maintenance: the TV is tilted, as well as the toilet door - which is why it is very loud to close. And even though the toilet is equipped with washbasin, it had no soap dispenser which made it rather pointless.
Summary: The overall level of comfort does not match the price

Positive: The swimming pool area, and the rooms were very good. The staff at the reception was very welcoming and kind.
Negative: The services are below what you would expect for a 5-star hotel. The welcome snacks platter was left in our room for two days, and for three days in a row we found several dirty mugs and dishes being left in the staircase.
Summary: Overall, good value for money, but the experience was closer to a good 3 star hotel or a 4 star hotel.
