Summary: Lovely stay with a friend. Great facilities. We are at the restaurant and it was good so would recommend. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the tram line and major shops. Spa area was nice,although the pool was cold and steam room mediocre. Would recommend

Summary: The spa and gym were great. The F&B Manager was very accommodating and helpful. The garden outside was lovely but the tables need to be cleaned. Unfortunately things went missing from my room but they were found.

Summary: Great bed; good restaurant (not Italy); helpful staff Electricity went out two nights ad housekeeping didnt leave water one day and was slow to clean the room once. Great restaurant space Ok gym Good pool Expensive massages After a day of hiking, you may not want to wait here
