Positive: We liked the location and the daily snack bar with different infused water, especially the ginger honey tea. Fresh fruits and snacks are always available. Staff is super friendly and even offered to reheat take-out food.

Negative: The room was not vacuum daily and cups not replaced and bathroom towels weren’t restocked.

Summary: Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for the location and friendly staff.

Positive: The awesome team at the hotel - very warm, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Having been to Paris 4 times, this is the best hotel stay I had. The location is superb if you need to travel by train to other city.

Positive: Comfortable bed and extras- like the bathroom goody bag and our little gift. Staff were very polite and helpful when requests were made. The free snacks available were an unexpected delightful touch.

Negative: We were disappointed that there were no black tea bags to make a cup of tea. ( sorry we are English)

Negative: Everything. The advertised photos are not reflective of the room size. There is no dressing space on the room or wall cabinets at all. The wash room is so tiny you could hardly fit in there.
