Summary: Hervé was an amazing and gracious host, even when my family got sick! The house was great with plenty of space, and perfect for four adults who mostly wanted their own beds. The town was also beautiful with gorgeous views and delicious ice cream. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We ended up staying in Miramas during the period when Covid was back on the rise, especially in the Marseille area, which made it a strange time to be there. One thing to know: Miramas-Le_Vieux is very much a tourist sight in itself, so social distancing can be tricky almost from outside the front door. That said Herve went out of his way to make us comfortable, and also to be flexible on the touch and go nature of whether we were even coming. He is very friendly and helpful and I honestly felt he'd have helped out with anything we needed. The property is just as described, feels pretty spacious when you're there and is clearly very well cared for. The pool was great, if a little chilly at first, and the privacy and calms of the little courtyard was very welcome. I would advise paying attention to the word 'nearby' in the description of the courtyard: we had missed this and thought we had our own outdoor space connected to the house. In fact it's a few meters away - not exactly inconvenient, but if you want to have breakfast outside in your PJs, be aware you need to carry it all down a (tiny, but public) street to do so. All in all I'd recommend this place very much: in normal times I think it would be a lovely retreat.

Summary: We had a most relaxing time in a great location. It offers great fun for all ages: kid loved the pool and for parents sightseeing & fishing. It was a pleasure staying with Hervé.

Summary: Honestly the photos dont do the house and village justice. I had no idea the village and building was going to be so beautiful. So many restaurants to choose from and because your on a hill in everyone you can look out over the bay. Our host was lovely and made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of details about things to do in the area. He even hot us a bottle of wine and ice-cream when we arrived. On the day we left we had a late flight and Hereve was happy for us to leave later which made a big difference to our last day. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others although the hill is quite steep if you have mobility issues.

Summary: We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in Miramas. Herve was a superb host who couldn't do enough to help. He gave advice and information on where to visit. The gite was very well maintained and the kids loved the pool. The village and surrounding area is stunning and not too commercialised. I would definitely recommend this gite for a family holiday.

Summary: We spend 15 days in the house, and we had a fantastic vacation. Herve gave us a lot of good inspiration to activities and shopping. The beach is only 15 minuttes drive from the house, and it is a small and nice beach that allmost feels private.

Summary: The accommodation was very clean, the equipment very good. No unnecessary things in the house. Herve, the landlord was friendly and gave us good tips for sightseeing. We were two families with two children (10 + 11). A hike from the accomd. to Saint Chamas through the old "fabrique de poudre" above the viaduct is a must.
