Positive: The apartment is near metro 4 and the train station, you can go anywhere from there. Not loud as it's on the inside of an apartment complex. We didn't meet the owner as we arrived late at night but she was really helpful and explained us perfectly how to get in. There's a very good boulangerie just outside the door with lots of choices (close on Sunday unfortunately) and also a bar that serves really good cocktails and food for a good price on the same street.
Negative: The apartment was just ok. It's very very small and every space is tiny and tight (to use the toilet we had to move the legs on the side otherwise the door was not closing), the shower is big enough tho. Very humid and mouldy smell. The area is not the best due the closeness of the train station but not even the worst, just keep an extra eye open.

Positive: Nice cottage like apartment near major metros and food. Well kept and clean. Host was very nice, recommending some places to eat that were just great French food at affordable prices. Host also helped us search for and solve problems.
Negative: The bed is in a loft that uses a ladder (not stairs) to climb up. Not suitable if you cannot climb up and down ladders. Bathroom is clean but has a musty smell as I think the upper floor water pipes goes into the ground there, need to keep the vent on and the door closed. Toilet is very small but the water supply is high with lots of warm water. Well equipped and furnished apartment.
Summary: Good for young couples, near major metros and food. Great hosts.
