Summary: A warmly welcoming cottage in the Maitai provides an excellent base for visiting Nelson and the surrounding area. Within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, the immediate surrounds offer gardens, parks, a riverwalk and trails along and above the river valley. The cottage setting perfectly fits in with flowers, fruit trees, veggies and berries, nicely landscaped niches, outdoor dining and a quaint front porch. Graeme is a wonderful host, helpful and gracious, but respectful of privacy and unobtrusive. Abbey the cat adds her own charm to the overall experience.

Summary: Great spot. Beautiful cottage garden to relax in. Walking distance to city centre. Comfortable and tidy. Maitai is a beautiful, green & leafy suburb. Friendly resident cat to keep the kids occupied. Would happily stay again.

Summary: The rental process was very easy and painless. Graeme was easy to get ahold of and took care of any problems if they showed up. Was a wonderful stay in a very comfortable and easy to get around in home. Everything worked well and we would stay there again if in the area.
