Summary: This tental was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was nicely furnished with dishes. The outdoor gas grill and firepit were a bonus.

Summary: this house was perfect for our family. Their was multiple areas for different ages to congregate.and lots of enjoyable space. Also being close to the beach gave us additionable fun entertainment. Im so glad we found this place. We will definitely book it again.

Summary: The house is lovely. It's spacious and comfortable, with great large gathering spaces for a family. The outdoor fireplace was fun to use and we enjoyed outdoor dining as well. The beds are comfortable and there's plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. It's spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Our family spent a long Fall weekend. It's in a wonderful location. We visited wineries, apple and pumpkin picking farms and spent time on the beach. It was easy to contact the owner to ask questions when necessary. She got back to me immediately. I definitely would recommend staying at this wonderful house.

Summary: Our family enjoyed the rental very much, especially the comfortable furnishings and layout, the well-equipped kitchen (with an awesome margarita maker!), and the short walk to the beach. From Jeanine's first call with enthusiastic tips for us, to the thoughtful welcome gifts at the house and her patience with our questions once we arrived, the owner was wonderful tp work with. We look forward to returning for another stay!

Summary: My daughter is a chef so we utilities the kitchen for all meals Very well appointed Gas cooking and a great gas grill Get to 700 for searing steaks! 3 minute walk to beach. We went everyday. Would definitely stay again and appreciated the birthday gifts for my twins. That was above and beyond ;)

Summary: Jeanine was outstanding, I am a veteran Airbnb renter and have stayed in so many homes over the globe and 95 Cedar stood out in a bunch of ways. The cleanliness was outstanding, new, clean, fresh, white towels and linens. Plenty of pillows, blankets and supplies all around. Sealed toilet paper and paper towel for arrival. Black make up wash cloths with remover. The attention to detail for cleanliness and supplies was such a treat and a very much appreciated. Plenty of beach towels and chairs, endless suggestions of places to visit and things to do in the surrounding area. Jeanine sincerely cares about you having a good time, you having everything you need and not being inconvenienced. Gifts on arrival, actually the presentation of the home felt more like a hotel. Additionally clear and simple rules. The house itself, so spacious and yet super cozy, the sounds of nature was such a pleasure! This is a gem of a home and not one to miss! Thank you so so much!

Summary: Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions and offered helpful suggestions on nearby attractions. The house is very nicely decorated and was very clean. It has a really great layout that was perfect for our party of 7. Loved that she had 8 Tommy Bahama chairs for our use since the beach was such a short walk away. Beds are very comfortable and loved the soft linens and towels. We would definitely return without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay!
