Negative: The accomodation was great but not much was open in town. It was off season. Information about places to eat would be helpful.

Positive: Everything about the property was excellent, great kitchen equipment and an excellent location, very close to the village square. I sugested to Mr Makarounis that it would be good to have 2 sun beds for the very large terrace area and he went off to buy them straight away.

Negative: Only the problems with communication about getting into the property. Had to wait outside for at least half an hour.

Summary: Been to Greek Islands over 20 times and this was the best property we've ever had.

Positive: Location was easy to find and near the centre of Petalidi and it's shops, restaurants and amenities. The apartment was very new, it was open plan with a separate main bedroom and outside terraces. It adequately fitted out and reasonably well equipped, complete with a washing machine. We were also given a basket of oranges on arrival, our host was very helpful and kind. Car parking was on the drive. I would certainly stay there again.

Negative: The 2nd bedroom was separated from the main room by a curtain. this obviously offered a flexible space, however it could still do with a table and bed side lamp. Importantly it needed somewhere to put your clothes (chest of draws and hanger space). Car parking was on the drive, but the surface was very slippery when it was wet (I stayed in late January). As the property was obviously very new some small aspects of the work still needed finishing (missing tiles etc).

Summary: I very much enjoyed my time at this apartment so if I'm in the area again I'll see if it's free.
