Summary: Check in time was 4. Didn’t get into the room until 5:15. Claim there are refrigerators in the room but they are just coolers. Website said the room was partial ocean view and view of the pier. But it’s also has a view of the hotel parking lot and noisy Pacific Coast Highway.

Summary: Everything was perfect! Staff, cleanliness, quick service in all aspects. The hotel location is absolutely amazing! Fell asleep each night while listening to the waves of the ocean right outside my room. I have stayed here before and will always stay with them while in Malibu.

Summary: Room was spotless, beautiful view, and more than my husband and I imagined! We were taken care of in the utmost respectful and wonderful way. The staff good advice and beyond and are so friendly, personable and professional. This by far was the best place we've ever stayed!
