Positive: Very well located for the town centre and shops . Reasonably priced but still over £200 for B& for two. Attractive building with well appointed lounge and bar . Comfortable beds. Decent buffet breakfast.
Negative: Secure parking is limited and we had to park on the road and pay £10 for a permit . The bathroom in the standard room was small and badly lit and the shower in bath was positioned badly over the curved area of the bath ( so hard to stand up under the shower head). Only limited plugs for phone charging etc. Hot breakfast was so-so and had limited gluten free options. On check-in staff couldn't find my booking ( of 6 months ) and had incorrectly booked us in under my middle name.
