Summary: Breakfast was lovely and the receptionist when we arrived too. We were not impressed with location, there was a lot of noise in the morning due to grounds work. The electricity in my room disappeared few times.

Summary: Air Conditioning Policy • The hotel restricts air conditioning use based on the outside temperature, only allowing it when it’s above 18°C. This policy is frustrating and impractical—my room was 25°C, but I was unable to cool it down, making my stay uncomfortable. • I requested help from the staff, but they were unable to override the system or offer a solution. Noise and Construction • There is ongoing construction right outside the hotel. The noise begins at 8 a.m. and is extremely loud, making it impossible to rest or stay in the room during the day. • If you’re hoping for a peaceful environment or plan to spend time in your room during the day, this is not the place. Overall Experience • The combination of inflexible air conditioning rules and excessive construction noise made my stay unpleasant. • I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort or relaxation until these issues are addressed.

Summary: This is not a 4star, neither a boutique hotel. The equipment of the room is dated, the room was smelly and there was nothing that would make this a 4 star experience. At best, this is a 2star Bed and Breakfast that charges you horrendous amounts of money, pretending something else. Go elsewhere.

Summary: A brilliant hotel with great facilities and excellent staff. The room was modern and clean and the spa was an added bonus. The breakfast offering was brilliant and the hotel also smelt amazing - we asked them what diffuser they were using!

Summary: Such a great hotel, I booked a second night! Modern hotel with wellness centre (gym, pool and sauna), and best hotel shower I ever used! Would stay again if I am in Bratislava.

Summary: Amazing hotel to finish this mini Europe tour. From first stepping in the the clean and fragrant building and the friendly staff, a nice spread for breakfast, and complimentary on site gym, pool, and sauna. The best stay of the trip!

Summary: Check in staff excellent room very nice spacious very comfortable but then 2nd night no AC 😡 room 26.5 degrees did not sleep a wink. When checking out no offer of refund or complimentary water which we had to use. Quite disappointing end and will email the hotel on return for some form of refund

Summary: Loved this boutique hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood and definitely has a neighborhood feel to it. Very nice amenities in the room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
