Positive: Beautiful team, very helpful, amazing decoration, colorful jungle inspired paintings and a lot more. The decoration is also made from recycled material. Great location, the hot springs are 3-5 minutes far only.

Positive: Staff attitude and information, parking, location, wonderful view, breakfast quality (not timing), decoration, good shower.
Negative: Late breakfast, laundry charge of 6$ and returned wrinkled, not folded. However, this is only a minor problem. The rest was fine

Positive: I liked the fact that it’s built out of reclaimed materials like glass bottles and scrap wood/metal but still feels clean, well built and luxurious. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, the owner of the business as well. I was made to feel very at home there. I also liked the location - it’s very close to the thermal pools and trailheads. The sunroom/terrace was a lovely space to spend time, as well as the little library. The kittens were my reading buddies. I must say that the food was delicious and reasonably priced too.
Negative: It was a bit expensive.
Summary: Felt at home, great atmosphere, highly recommend.

Positive: the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The facilities are beautiful, eclectic and arty.
Negative: the last day, I couldn't get hot water in the shower.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Location is really great. Would definitely recommend to someone who's looking for a nice view and a cozy stay. Especially if you are going hiking or to the hot springs 2 minutes walking distance. The staff are super chill and care greatly about the customers. So far nothing else :D
