Positive: I like that the property is in a private street and the parking is in front of the house.The staff welcomed us and helped us with our luggages. The facilities included a gym and a jacuzzi and a sauna. Unfortunately we were too tired to avail of those and too little time of stay. The room has everything you need away from home and we were welcomed with 2 bottles of water and snacks and coffee and tea! How nice! The property was so quiet being away from the roads.
Negative: It is a bit far from the public transportation (bus). I did not like that the double bed is boxed by three walls. Making it diffucult to access one side of the bed.

Positive: The place had a nice garden, a small gym and even a jacuzzi. They had facilities like iron and hair dryer. There were AC in both living and bedroom and there was a sofa bed in the living room. There are shampoo, soap, and good number of towels for each guest.
Negative: There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so we had to keep it closed. There was no windows in the bathroom, so no way to let some fresh air in, except from the living room. The door of the washroom was a bit difficult to close from outside, as it was a wooden slider type door for both bathroom and the bedroom. The blanket in the bedroom also was not clean and had some holes in it (I guess there was a smoker there before). The road leading to the apartment is also not paved and it was raining the day we stayed there, so you need to do a bit of driving on a dirt road with potholes. The person who opened the door, could not communicate in English, so communication was also not straightforward and we needed to meet the person to get the keys, so we needed to arrange the time for arrival with the host.
Summary: Bordeline acceptable -- affordable but could much improve
