Positive: Great accommodation for family with small children.
Negative: Would have gave higher reviews, however got food poisoning, emailed the reception requesting more toilet paper and they never responded. I was so sick, I was unable to leave the room so I had to have my husband interrupt his ski day to go to the store and buy more toilet paper and bring all the way back to me. Note: the amount of toilet paper they give you for a family of four isn’t enough to get you through your full stay from the get go.

Positive: Location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed. Great to have thick curtains and comfy beds. Also being able to book the hot tub in the main building was a great treat when tired and sore from skiing. Also being able to get ski hire from there too made things super easy.
Negative: The main thing we'd change was the double bed was rather small, especially as marketed as luxury accommodation, I'd expect a little bigger.

Positive: Very nice design of the rooms as well as of the beautiful balcony, kitchen fully equiped up to the smallest tool and utensil you might think of, very clean, waching machine is a big plus.
Negative: Very poor management (Manager) of the property. Bear in mind that on the day of arrival you will not enter the apartment before 5 p.m. and on the day of departure you have to leave by 10 a.m. (otherwise a 100EUR is charged per/h). We were accommodated in an apartment where heating was not working in kid's room, so after many complaints we got portable heaters, the floors were still cold all the time, not fixable (but they think it is ok to put guests in non-heated room in the mountains) and Manager's attitude on the issue was for the level of a 2* highway motel accommodation, not the one paid in Courchevel, absolutely unacceptable behavior and managerial "skills", very disappointing and shameful for such a property. Deposit is too high, release of it takes too long. Ski room door lock was broken for all the 7 days of our stay, anyone from the street could enter. Main door lock of the residence also broken, no key needed, everyone welcome... In general, very poor service, far from a promoted level, pity.
