Summary: Really great hotel the staff are amazing. The bellhop takes your bags to your room and even down the stairs to get to the ferry. The location can be a bit hard to find because it is in a Road but the shop owners are very helpful. While you are being checked in they ask you to sit down and have some Moroccan tea and a biscuit. Breakfast is more than any one person can eat. The restaurant is on the third floor with an outlook of the marina and the mosque.

Summary: Wonderful stay! Tarik and Oumaima were amazing hosts and helped us set up last minute tours and gave great recommendations. Headed back to Morocco in a few days and booked the hotel again.

Summary: They were very welcoming, extremely helpful, service amazing, reception was so nice and great people. From tips and tour set up to answering questions on local customs or where to eat, they were so patient, warm, friendly and always ready to answer. We will be back

Summary: We loved our stay at the Mamora Bay hotel! The staff went way out of their way to send a driver to pick us up, despite changing schedules, communication was perfect, and personal, they arranged wonderful guides. Location near port and medina (old town) both lovely and convenient. Clean comfortable rooms, with access to walled garden, great food in rooftop restaurant. Cannot say enough good things!

Summary: I travel a lot from India to America, passing through all countries of the world.. I think it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in the last ten years in terms of location, professional hospitality and price.. I highly recommend it and this is the first time I talk about something with this degree of confidence!! I will definitely come back to it and next time I will only book there! It has only one flaw!!! The heating is very weak in the cold season. You have to inform the reception
