Summary: Breakfast normal, some dishes such as Porridge is not Hot at all, bacon, ham and sunshine egg is Cold. Quite disappointed. Overall present stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We are very enjoy the freshest and peaceful environment.

Summary: Two things for improvement: 1. The hotel asked us to input passport and credit card information beforehand for online checkin in a website that cannot be verified. This made people very uneasy about information security. However, the hotel replied that the online checkin was elective, but this was not stated in the email. 2. The instant heating water dispenser in the room could only deliver a fixed volume of 200ml at 27 and 98 degrees only. This was quite inconvenient. There was no way to stop water from dispensing once it started. We had trouble with making baby milk.

Summary: service is excellent and room is fantastic for a family. However, there are some issues which irked us. The shower area uses a blind which made the toilet smells mushy/ sewer like.
