Positive: Located right by the beach, which happens to be the best snorkelling spot on the island. Saw lots of turtles just off the shore. The staff were friendly and hospitable, especially Heri, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. There is also a common kitchen area with free water refill and coffee.
Negative: Worms (some kind of centipedes) can crawl into the rooms via the back porch and shower area. They are harmless and can easily be picked up and thrown out. But the hotel may not be suitable for those who get squeamish around them.

Positive: Mandala Beach Healing Rooms completely blew me away! It’s like stepping into a tropical dream. Every little thing here is so well thought out—from the gorgeous ocean-view pool to the spacious rooms with open-air bathrooms, lush plants, and a bathtub that makes you feel like you're in a spa. The resort has this incredible balance of luxury and nature. There’s a mangrove right behind it, and the corridor facing it is filled with swings and hammocks—perfect for chilling. The Buddha statue, fountain, and passion fruit canopy in the middle of the resort just add to the good vibes. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, recharge, and be surrounded by pure beauty, this is it. Mandala was the highlight of our trip, and I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Positive: Mandala Beach Healing Rooms is hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. Everything about it is just perfect—beautifully designed, peaceful, and so in tune with nature. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail. The outdoor pool facing the ocean is absolutely stunning, and the rooms are immaculately designed. The bathroom has this amazing partially open setup with a bathtub and shower surrounded by plants, making it feel like a little spa. The kitchen area is super convenient, with a coffee machine, complimentary fruits, and all the essentials. One of my favorite things was the mangrove right behind the resort. The corridor facing it is set up with swings, hammocks, and cozy spots to just relax and soak it all in. In the middle of the resort, there’s a peaceful Buddha statue and fountain under a passion fruit canopy, adding to the whole calming vibe. Everywhere you look, it’s just picture-perfect. You know how sometimes the place you stay ends up being the best part of your trip? That was Mandala for us. It wasn’t just accommodation—it was an experience. The staff here are amazing. A special shoutout to Herimalik, who went out of his way to help us when our boat was delayed due to bad weather. Even after his shift, he came to meet us late at night with a big smile. He was always there to help and made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff do an incredible job keeping the place spotless and making sure guests have the best time. And the location is absolutely perfect. The beach is right in front of the resort, and the snorkeling is fantastic. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, connect with nature, and just have an unforgettable stay—this is it. Mandala Beach Healing Rooms is pure magic, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Positive: View was very nice, pool was good and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Negative: We picked this room also because it had a bathtub, but unfortunately there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. Also watch out if you're a light sleeper, because you can hear everything going on outside.
