Every corner of the resort was spotless and beautifully maintained, from the rooms to the common areas, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Negative: The level of service was awful. Staff have a very bad attitude, are not helpful, and clearly are not well managed. Very disappointing.

Positive: Beautifully designed hotel, all rooms face to the beach. It has two swimming pools, restaurants, activities planned for kids, private beach, sport facilities, pharmacy, shop, parking. It really has a lot to offer. The breakfast has usual options, the breakfasts room is ample. To access the rooms you need to take a train shuttle that brings you there. We loved the beach, very nice and quiet for kids.
Negative: This hotel seriously needs more staff. We arrived late with two sleepy kids, we were assigned our room and headed directly to find out that it wasn't clean from the previous guests. We were assigned another smaller room, because they were overbooked and understaffed. There was a conference with a lot of people, and they were busy with those guests. Parking is a bit far from the reception, so be ready to walk, also if you miss the train or if you arrive later than the working hours. Bathrooms have mold on the shower and on the ceiling (at least in our room the extractor didn't work).
