Positive: We rented for 6 days in early September 2025 because it had great access by transit from Porta Nuova station. The place itself was spacious at 95 sq m, very clean and with outdoor balconies with sight lines of the Italian alps as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare meals as we cooked for ourselves almost everyday with access to grocery store, butcher shop, cafes and restaurants when needed within 200m. The host was always available when needed and having a dishwasher and full size laundry machine also came in handy. I highly recommend this rental.

Negative: Needed more towels. No dryer, although I’ve heard that is normal in Italy.
