Positive: Very basic. More cafeteria than gracious inn.

Negative: We had to ASK to get our room cleaned. It was called an UP SCALE room. I'd hate to see what the basic rooms are like. The shower/ bath was treacherous, with no hand rails. No hand rails on the steps at the front door either.

Summary: 6 nights there rather marred our first visit to Charlevoix. I wish I had booked a better inn.
