Positive: Loved the space, the garden and kitchen were beautiful, lots of space indoors and out to catch up with friends, lots of bedrooms, more bathrooms than advertised.

Positive: Beautifully spacious home with great catering facilities. All the equipment you could need. Great large dining table. Great host, amazing contact even at 3am in the morning. We were lucky enough to go on a beautiful summer’s weekend and the host had all the sun loungers put out in the garden for us which was perfect. It was a really lovely place to relax and celebrate a birthday with friends. Ample parking down the side of the house and paved area of the middle of the garden.
Negative: For me the neighbours are too sensitive to normal levels of noise. We hired to house on a really hot sunny weekend (rare for England!) and couldn’t relax outside in the evenings talking at a normal level. This meant we were all inside with windows closed and very warm. Also please be aware that it is on a flight path and you can hear the planes a lot during the day, this didn’t irritate me but might others.

Positive: House was lovely and spacious, beds very cozy. Will be lovely in the summer.
Negative: Even with the potable heaters it was still quite cold. We made use of the sauna though. We had a house of 11 ladies, definitely more mirrors needed.
